Worthing United Youth FC Charity Bed Push in aid of Chestnut Tree House
Worthing United Youth FC will be completing a special fundraising event to push a Chestnut Tree Hospice bed on a 100km trip along the Worthing seafront during the weekend of July 2nd-3rd, 2022.
Each of the club’s 30 youth teams will push the charity bed on a return trip from Worthing Pier towards Goring-by-sea taking around one hour.
It is hoped the club can raise more than £10,000 for Chestnut Tree House.
Located near Worthing, Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for Sussex. Chestnut Tree House cares for 300 children and young adults with progressive life-shortening conditions.
Chestnut Tree House needs to raise more than £4million per year to provide the care required by these very, very sick children.
